The Practice for Performance course helps athletes close the gap that exists between how they train and how they play.
We do this by exploring ‘the problem’… why we experience the disconnect between practice and matches and then by looking at ‘the solution’… how we can bridge the gap between these two worlds.
The course is both theoretical and practical.
